It\u2019s called Couch to 5k, and it builds you up from running for just a minute, to a full half-hour. It\u2019s supposed to take 9 weeks, but a combination of travelling and heatwaves in Switzerland and the UK meant it took me about 12. It doesn\u2019t really matter.
