The racers reach speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour, and they need a hard, icy surface. It&#8217;s just not safe with so much soft snow, so regrettably the race is cancelled.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No race doesn&#8217;t mean no party, so the festivities start early.
