To begin with the valley floor is narrow. There&#8217;s barely room for the river, the path, the road and the railway line.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/wp-image-1914454270jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/wp-image-1914454270jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3870 alignnone size-full\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1399\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After a while the valley gets a bit wider. A lot of work has been done to make the path more accessible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/wp-image-1554552663jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/wp-image-1554552663jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3871 alignnone size-full\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1350\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a map of the valley showing our route.
