There&#8217;s no public transport so the only access is on foot. We had a coffee at Stechelberg before walking up, then had a sandwich for lunch once we got to Trachsellauenen. There is a network of paths above here in the shadow of the great peaks which separate the Bernese Oberland from the Valais, and which form the European continental divide.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/wp-image-852408882.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/wp-image-852408882.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4170 alignnone size-full\" width=\"3000\" height=\"1974\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Some of the bridges are a bit questionable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/wp-image-470433857.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mikeeasley.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/wp-image-470433857.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4171 alignnone size-full\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2111\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Waterfalls everywhere.
