While we were having fun the snow turned to rain. This continued all night. Rain is bad, and we weren&#8217;t surprised to find that Wengen was marooned this morning &#8211; no trains in or out of the village owing to a rockslide.<\/p>\n<p>Up at Scheidegg it continued to snow of course. Needless to say there&#8217;s been no skiing, though M\u00e4nnlichen cable car did open for a while. It&#8217;s not a day for going out at all, but I&#8217;ll have to take all our accumulated cardboard out at some point as it&#8217;s the monthly recycling day tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had a good evening out at Rocks last night and came second in the quiz.
