The weather forecast for today wasn&#8217;t great, and sure enough we&#8217;ve had snow, rain and a few glimpses of sunshine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following short film was made here 10 years ago. Entitled &#8216;The Red Helmet&#8217;, it features a small boy who is perhaps not as confident as his peers and isn&#8217;t bold enough to join in all their adventures.
