<\/p>\nMonday means running a long way, and the fact that it’s a bank holiday doesn’t change a thing. The programme tells me I need to do 9 kilometres today, so I eat half a banana and hit the street. Shifnal is quite small, so to make a 9k route I need to do multiple laps of the town.<\/p>\n
I reached 9k after about 72 minutes and still felt good, so I kept running and managed to get to 10 kilometres.<\/p>\n
