The weather forecast for the next few days is awful – we’re expecting rain this evening and this will turn to snow tomorrow. It’s a good idea therefore to get a run in today, so we headed down to Lauterbrunnen. It’s cloudy, but we did get a few rays of sun. Val got a lovely shot of the Staubach waterfall.<\/p>\n

Lots of cows down here for the winter. When the snow arrives they’ll be taken into barns.<\/p>\n

My run was a bit scrappy, but not too bad.<\/p>\n
