It’s hot and sunny, so we head over to M\u00fcrren where it should be a bit fresher up at 5300 feet. The path to Gr\u00fctschalp hasn’t long opened after winter, so it’s in a bit of a state after all the snow. Repairs are scheduled next week.<\/p>\n

There’s still snow in the gullies up here.<\/p>\n

Despite the heat, the tourists and the potholes I flew along the path and it’s my fastest 5k of the year by quite some margin. I’ve no idea why it’s so much easier to run here than in the UK, maybe it’s the scenery.<\/p>\n
