This presents a problem, as there are at least a dozen big manufacturers, and they all offer a range of different skis. Where on earth to start? Fortunately we have a test centre up at M\u00e4nnlichen where you can try as many different ones as you like. I tried 3 pairs today. All were good, but none of them had the &#8216;wow&#8217; factor that I was looking for.
