It’s a gloomy morning with a little rain, but the forecast says things will improve, so we made sandwiches and headed down to the valley. After all the rain last night the waterfalls are pretty spectacular.

We walked along the river towards Lauterbrunnen, and heard the sound of cowbells in the distance. Here they come.

It was cold last night with snow up high, so that will probably be the last cows of the season.
