Yesterday we travelled to Wengen. First port of call when we arrived was, naturally, Rocks.

This morning we had a wander down to Chalet Iltis. The renovations are well underway.

Inside, there’s nothing left. Let’s be charitable and call it a ‘blank canvas’.

The roofers will be arriving soon.

Our house is right next to the railway line, so a lot of people pass by. Such a big audience makes us a prime spot for the contractors to advertise their services.

We walked a lap of the village and found a nice bench to sit on for lunch. Wengen is looking good.
