FollowSivota is very nice, but as the engineer can’t look at our engine problem until Tuesday we decide to head off to Nidri and have a few nights in a hotel. We get 2 nice rooms at the Santa Maura on Nidri high street. The manager is very pleased to see us, particularly as we can pay cash – credit cards are not being accepted anywhere at the moment.
After a relaxing afternoon watching the British Grand Prix (well done Lewis) we head for the champagne bar.
Shame about the boat having engine problems, but at least you managed to get to Nidri. Hope things get sorted out for you to get J&F back over to Sami. In the meantime, have a great time and enjoy the rest of your week. P&E
