FollowYesterday we returned to our gardening job down at Wengwald. Hard work in the hot sun. In the evening we had an impromptu barbecue and sure enough it rained. It was still raining this morning when I went down to the valley for my run.
Not a bad run, but try as I might I couldn’t get my heart rate high enough, which meant I was a bit slow. Tired from the gardening I guess.
