Temperatures are still high – it was 32 degrees when we left the house this morning. It would be nice to find somewhere a bit cooler. We head for Männlichen.

It’s still hot though, so we set off along the high path to Scheidegg. We eventually found a cool spot above Gummi. The snow is still 2 metres deep here.

Unfortunately we can’t spend all afternoon chilling by the snow. We eat our sandwiches and amble back to Männlichen.
