The snow continued all night. It was particularly heavy at breakfast time.

I cleared 15 inches of snow from the terrace. Meanwhile, Val was indoors polishing some more of our furniture.

The council have lots to do on mornings like this. At last our path gets cleared.

It’s still snowing now, but we’ll have to venture out later for dinner at Ali’s. Fortunately, it’s only 100 yards away.
