This morning we were up early and off to the doctors. Val’s swelling has gone down, so now her cast is too big. Time to get a new one.
The doctor says that the cast can come off in another 3 weeks, so that’s good news. Her knee is still a big unknown, apparently she’ll need an appointment with a consultant down in Interlaken to find out what’s going to happen next.
It’s happy birthday to at least 4 people we know today, namely Julie (Wengen), Aminaa (Wengen), Giovanny (Barcelona) and Steve (Zermatt). Predictably therefore, we’re going to have a party later.
