Val was back at the doctors yesterday morning to get her new cast checked – it was fine. On Monday she may be able to get her knee brace adjusted to allow her a little more movement, which would be nice.

Aminaa came round and cooked dinner – a lovely carbonara.

She went paragliding for her birthday.

This morning I changed all the clocks, and I have finally swept all the Sahara sand off the balcony. We’re off to the Sunstar later for Uptown Lights.
