FollowThe weather keeps getting a bit warmer each day, and people were enjoying their coffee on restaurant terraces this morning. The interior of the Crystal bar was deserted.
The mild weather up here is in contrast to that down in the valley, where the cold, damp air is trapped.
It’s certainly very nice weather for Val and her group of kids up at Scheidegg. Here in Wengen, something is missing. We haven’t heard the church bells for a few days. The church steeple needs to be renovated.
The clock has been stopped at 12.00, and the bells are silent. Colin and Nev will be providing the entertainment at the Braunbaer later this evening.
