FollowPopped into the DHO last night as the President wanted a chat. Turns out he wanted me to give a talk on the new club website that’s currently being developed. So here I am giving a talk about the latest website tech to an audience of around 100 people. I had about 10 seconds to prepare.
My principal (indeed only) success criterion at times like this is ‘do I get laughs?’. And I did, thank heavens.
Today it started snowing before we woke up, and it’s still snowing now. Val has to venture out as she has a hairdressing appointment.
I’m staying put, but the big column of empty bottles in the corner isn’t going to take itself to the recycling, so pretty soon I’m going to have to brave the weather. Don’t like the look of it one bit, but maybe I’ll pop into Rocks for a couple on the way home.
