Scenery

There’s a mountain on the opposite side of the valley called the Bietenhorn. It’s 2755 metres high, so not exactly small, and our living room windows look directly up to it. We’ve not seen it since last Thursday thanks to persistent fog and snow, but this evening, just before nightfall, there it was. Firstly this means clear skies tonight and hence very low temperatures, and secondly we can dare to hope for some sunshine tomorrow.

A quiet day today watching the snow fall. Understandable really after last night’s shenanagins in the Tanne bar.
