Bit gloomy this morning but ok for the time of year. Here’s Val with the BMW car which it sitting on top of Mannlichen. BMW seem to be sponsoring the whole area this year.

We ski around to Scheidegg to meet Oz and Julie, and find that Santa is skiing in Wengen this year!

Beautiful day today, skied to Mary’s cafe for coffee and then down to Brandegg before meeting Ozzie & Julie for lunch.

Rained all night last night, avalanches pounding the valley.
This is a steep piste called ‘Oh God’, because that’s what you always think before you set off to ski it. It has suffered a catastrophic avalanche.

Still some good skiing to be has this morning though.

Saturday today, so all the locals will come down from Berne for a ski. Murren is the best bet on days like this, as it is relatively inaccessible.

Super day today. A few clouds in the valley but glorious up top.

Super skiing on empty runs. We’re expecting things to get a lot busier this weekend, but for now it’s very quiet. Here’s Val skiing above the village.

Weather not so good today, this chap decided he didn’t need to go up the mountain to have some fun.

Had a drink with Beanie and Aliena yesterday evening. She’s growing!
