It’s our 25th wedding anniversary next week, so we thought we’d have a bit of a party. Food was provided by the Indian restaurant. Great turn-out.

We had a quiet day today while Hayley and Paul went skiing. Flowers are appearing everywhere.
It’s the Pool race this weekend. Preparations in progress.
It was a bit cloudy when we headed across the valley this morning, but things soon brightened up.
Superb snow by lunchtime. Had a nice lunch at the Bellevue, then hit the slopes again. Hayley.

Had a great run down to Aspen for coffee this morning, then got the train back up to Scheidegg for a spin around the higher pistes. Lauberhorn.

Paul & Hayley arrived last night, so we’re off up the hill this morning to enjoy the sunshine that’s forecast. It was actually a bit cloudy early on.
But pretty soon the sun won its battle with the clouds and we had a glorious day’s skiing.
The sun softens the snow in the afternoon at this time of year, so we enjoyed the last rays on the Silberhorn terrace in the village.

It’s a stunning day here in the Swiss Alps, warm and sunny. We’re off to Interlaken for shopping.
Popped into the Indian to sort a few things out for next week, and repaired a tear in Val’s ski jacket. Very productive day.
Lovely curry last night, followed by a visit to the Tanne bar.
The rain has all gone, so we had a good ski today around the Lauberhorn.
Really warm back in the village this afternoon. Drinks on the Silberhorn terrace before we waved goodbye to Adrian and Helen.
