Had a very easy run down to Devon this morning, arrived in time for a crab sandwich on the quay at Kingsbridge.

Pottered over to Torcross and abandoned the car. There is a circular walk to Beesands via a little hamlet called Widewell. From Beesands we continued over the cliff to Hallsands. Sportstracker trace here: http://www.sports-tracker.com/#/workout/telford_mike/41n1msmf5f58uini
