As its name suggests, the Mönchblick is a viewpoint where you can get a glimpse of the Mönch. Off we set. It’s daffodil season.

The goats love a head scratch.

Eventually we arrive at the viewpoint. The Mönch is the snowy peak on the left. It is 4107 metres (13,474 feet) high.

You always find a bench at a viewpoint.

Almost 360 degree views.

We amble home, and I fix a problem with the kitchen sink that’s been bothering me since we moved in.

EasyJet have cancelled our Saturday flight. They try to be helpful by offering me other flights instead, but they’re all cancelled too. Looks like we’re staying.
