FollowWe had a big party for James’s birthday in Rocks last night. We didn’t eat before we went out, as we knew there’d be an enormous amount of cake and other treats. We weren’t disappointed. There are lots of kids in Wengen at the moment, and while we were in Rocks they had a race on the nursery slope. The floodlights illuminate the forest beautifully.
Val was out early this morning for her final gym session before she starts work again. I need beer, so I followed her down a couple of trains later. The Co-op had a lovely big pile of trays of beer. I brought one home in the shopping trolley.
That’ll keep me going for a couple of weeks.
