Scorcher today, and I’m due a run. We head over to Winteregg and I run to Mürren, while Val walks not far behind. From here we can begin a walk back to Stechelberg at the top of our valley. Mürren humour.

It’s quite a hike down to the valley floor – about 6 miles, in a valley called Sefinental. As we descend, others are on their way up to the high pastures.

Eventually we reach Stechelberg, where the bus will pick us up for the trip back to Lauterbrunnen.
