More running, week 2

It’s Monday, so that must mean more running. With Couch to 5k you do a mixture of walking and running, and as time goes on there’s less and less walking and more running. I managed ok today, and my sore thigh muscle seems to be fixed. With the extra running I need a longer course, so I did a loop along Lamledge Lane and into Shifnal before heading home along Bradford Street. Must remember to measure how far it is on my next run.
