It’s fair to say that the weather’s been pretty dodgy for the past few days. Of course we did get a big snowfall yesterday, and the forecast for today was for blue skies and cold temperatures, which is exactly what we want. It started well enough – here are the kids from the school in Grindelwald having a race on Männlichen.

We had a good ski.

But soon the weather began to change, and the sky became overcast as the temperature rose. Gloomy below Tschuggen.

Suddenly the mountain was deserted – everyone hates poor visibility. We head for the lift and go home for lunch.
