For the third day out of the last four, we have a storm. It’s a classic föhn, with all the lifts closed at Scheidegg, and sun and ridiculously high temperatures in the village. It was 17 degrees when we set off for our stroll. Despite all this you can still ski back to the Caprice.

Very old houses a little further down the hill. This is the most attractive part of Wengen.

A couple of hours later the storm arrived in the village. It looks like being a rough night.
